Second tax lien filed against the mayor that Oakland OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) – Oakland Mayor Ron Dellums and his wife face more tax problems. Alameda County records show the IRS has filed a lien for $ 13,639 in the second against the couple for unpaid taxes in 2008. The lien was filed on December 23.
